Benjamin C. Kinney is a neuroscientist with a frozen New England heart, though nowadays he lives in St. Louis with three cats and his ex-Martian wife. He hasn’t created any cyborg monkeys in years, but he has no comment about cyborg cars. His short stories have appeared in many lovely magazines, including Strange Horizons, Analog Science Fiction and Fact, and Beneath Ceaseless Skies. He’s also a Hugo Award finalist for his work as the assistant editor of the science fiction podcast magazine Escape Pod.
