Libia Brenda
Libia Brenda (Puebla, 1974) is an editor and writer. She has spent the last twenty years making books (the majority of her work is on independent small publications), and writes science fiction and fantasy short stories. She is the co-founder of the Cúmulo de Tesla collective (@Cumulodetesla on Twitter), a multidisciplinary working group that promotes the dialogue between the arts and sciences, with a special focus on science fiction. She has published stories, reviews, and essays in online and printed magazines, as well as various anthologies. Her work has been translated from Spanish to English and Italian. In 2018 she was part of The Mexicanx Initiative, an endeavour led by John Picacio. She is a Hugo Award nominee in the Related Work category (2019), for the anthology A Larger Reality/Una realidad más amplia, attached to www.mexicanxinitiative.com
